We’re Renaldo Dungu and Emi Shrekli — co-founders of R&E Construction and an Albanian building team working in and around North London. Between general building, carpentry and decorating, we bring complementary skills to your project.
As a small team, we keep the conversation direct. You can explain what matters to you, ask questions and discuss the work with the people carrying it out.

Can I enquire about a smaller job?
Yes. Tell us about your building, carpentry or decorating job, even if it’s just one room or a particular repair. We’ll discuss the scope and confirm whether it’s a fit.
Should I contact Renaldo or Emi?
Either. Renaldo and Emi co-founded R&E Construction and both handle project enquiries. The enquiry form prepares an email addressed to both of them.
What should I send for a quote?
Your postcode, a short description, a few clear photos and any preferred timing are a useful start. Include dimensions or drawings if you already have them. A visit may be needed before a quote can be confirmed.
What if I want to change the work?
Speak to us before the additional work starts. Changes can affect materials, price and timing, so it’s best to agree the revised scope first.
